מחויבות לנגישות

בית התוכנה LegalDan רואה חשיבות רבה בהנגשת מוצריו לאנשים עם מוגבלות, ברוח חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ותקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013. אנו פועלים להתאמת האפליקציה ודפי האתר להנחיות הנגישות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA, ככל שהן ישימות לאפליקציית מובייל ולדפי מידע.

התאמות הנגישות באפליקציה

  • תמיכה בקורא המסך TalkBack: כותרות המסכים והמקטעים מסומנות ככותרות לניווט מהיר.
  • גודל הטקסט מתאים את עצמו להגדרת גודל הגופן של המערכת.
  • חומרת ממצא מועברת גם בטקסט מלא, לא בצבע בלבד.
  • תמיכה מלאה במצב כהה של המערכת.
  • עברית מלאה מימין לשמאל ואנגלית מלאה משמאל לימין.
  • אין פרסומות, אין חלונות קופצים ואין מגבלות זמן על אף פעולה.
  • אין תוכן שמע או וידאו, ואין תוכן מהבהב.

התאמות הנגישות בדפי האתר

  • מבנה HTML סמנטי עם כותרות מדורגות.
  • ניגודיות צבעים העומדת בדרישות רמה AA.
  • הדפים ניתנים לתפעול מלא במקלדת וניתנים להגדלה.
  • תמיכה במצב תצוגה כהה לפי העדפת הדפדפן.

מגבלות ידועות

האפליקציה מציגה שמות של אפליקציות צד שלישי כפי שסופקו על ידי מפתחיהן, ולעיתים שמות אלה אינם מונגשים או אינם מתורגמים. אנו ממשיכים לבדוק ולשפר את נגישות האפליקציה בכל גרסה. אם נתקלת ברכיב שאינו נגיש, נשמח לדעת ולתקן.

Our commitment

The LegalDan software house is committed to making its products accessible to people with disabilities, in the spirit of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and its Service Accessibility Regulations (2013). We work to align the app and these web pages with WCAG 2.1 level AA, as applicable to a mobile app and informational pages.

Accessibility in the app

  • TalkBack screen reader support: screen and section titles are marked as headings for quick navigation.
  • Text size follows the system font size setting.
  • Finding severity is conveyed in full text, not by color alone.
  • Full support for the system dark mode.
  • Full right-to-left Hebrew and left-to-right English.
  • No ads, no popups, and no time limits on any action.
  • No audio or video content, and no flashing content.

Accessibility on the web pages

  • Semantic HTML structure with hierarchical headings.
  • Color contrast meeting level AA requirements.
  • Pages are fully keyboard operable and zoomable.
  • Dark display mode follows the browser preference.

Known limitations

The app displays third-party app names as provided by their developers, and these are sometimes not accessible or not translated. We keep testing and improving accessibility in every release. If you encounter an inaccessible element, we would like to know and fix it.
